I went for a walk in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunshine of this unseasonably warm day. My trail of choice turned out to be on the shady side of the hill. I missed the sun's warmth. My cheeks and fingers did too. I paused for moments but then continued moving through the cool stillness that surrounded me.
