I like to think about life, why we live the way we do, why we make the choices we make, what makes us "tick". Reading the book Born to Run opened my eyes to a new way to think about exercise, running... and life. It's back to basics: using the feet, foregoing modern props, and, most importantly, running... just running for the sheer joy of running, with passion and compassion. On the pavement, in a crowd, on a trail, solo but for the trees: Run free!
